Since last November, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), the top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, has been dealing with whistleblower indictments against FBI and Justice Department employees. In an interview with Fox News on Sunday, Trey Gowdy revealed that 14 FBI agents had turned up at his office as informants.

During a conversation at the Justice Department over alleged politicization, Jordan, along with former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe, argued that the public “understood” what he described as the left spawning a lie, “major media”. He said there are agents in the office who have realized the same thing. On the Senate side, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) has disclosed that his team received disclosures from whistleblowers, including disclosures related to the federal investigation into Hunter Biden.
